Exercise bike or cross trainer?
Which is best to lose fat around the thighs & gut? Had a exercise bike for years which finally broke two nights ago. It does the job fine, but just wondered if the cross trainer would be a better purchase. Price doesn't matter cos approx they both cost the same

- I would go for a cross trainer as you use your arms and legs, the only thing is about space as they take up quite a lot of space.
- Get a cross trainer as it works more muscle groups! And I find it more fun!

- Cross trainer. You can burn far more calories on a cross trainer than a bike.
- Exercise bikes suck and are boring. Go with your other choice.
- A cross trainer tones your arms as well and will give a better overall work out so you'll burn more calories and lose more wait, go for that over the bike. Also a cross trainer will tone your bum, whereas a bike probably does the opposite.
- Cross trainer is better for you in many ways, as it works more parts of your body.
- get a lateral thigh trainer and stop eating all the pies question for ye what has 2005 euro cup got to do with the first fans to sing "you'll never walk alone" ? it must hurt bad to know you stole it from us.
