Can the cross trainer get you in shape?

I do 30 min on the cross trainer four times a wk is that enough to get me in shape

  1. i think so...cross trraning can be very good for u if u do it rite.
  2. Sure, at least you don't kill yourself because your body needs rest and also need strength to move on. If your body has too much strain then it won't function properly but if to little exercise will not make your body in a very good shape. Your training is good but if you do it about everyday 40mins then you could stay fit for quite a while but still your progress can lead you to great success but it doesn't really mad about time its about speed if train slow then it won't be healthy but if it is fast then you might use too much energy. If you train at medium speed then you are fit. So good job on your success leading to being in shape because most people don't even take a walk at all. But everyday i exercise for 20mins and walk to places for 10mins but sometimes i jog only when I'm in a good mood so congrats.
