cross trainer or running machine?
which one gives the best cardio results? i prefer the cross trainer which hass less impact on the feet which is best for a cardio workout to burn that gruesome fat! i like how the cross trainer provides your heart rate too

- Maybe the cross trainer, as its less impact and works more areas.
- I do not like the running machines at all but I am a huge fan of the elipitical. They both are great for cardio and you should use the machine that you like best because that way you will enjoy going to the gym. You can do various workouts on the cross trainer that you cant do on the running machine and these can give you an awesome cardio workout to burn that fat!
- The cross trainer is more fun and you're more likely to do more exercise if you're having fun.
- cross trainer definately, but you have to be careful about which one you get, some are just glossed over! however a running machine is "easier" to use and takes less effort so may not put you off as much as the cross trainer, personally i like the running machine, but the cross trainer is better to burn fat good luck!
