Cross Trainer?

Hey guys, I was wondering, if I work out on the cross trainer in the gym for like 20-30 mins thrice weekly, will my arms become toner and thinner? I'm a girl btw, and i dun wan my arms to become thicker

  1. saw your avtar. guessed u were a girl :) yes, it will tone your arms. but remember to do a high intensity work out. also, lifting weights don't make your arms thick. lifting HEAVY weights does. if you want to tone your arms do arm (biceps and triceps) excersises with weight. do low weight high reps. by that i mean 4 sets of 20-25 reps each per excersise. BELIEVE ME, your arms will get toned a lot quicker. if it were true that if you lift then you get big, then i'd be mr. galaxy!!
