I have a cross trainer at home, I'm planning to exercise on it everyday for 30 mins. Will it make my bum,and thighs toner? Can I keep this up until I lose about 20 pounds? And how many months until I lose them? I don't want an exactly how many months...but a maybe.I want to lose them in about...6 months? Can I keep that up? But I can't seem to stop eating junk food...Any motivation tips? And when I use the cross trainer...will i get muscles? becuz I don't want any muscles, I actually want to lose them, then my body fat. I should be patient and wait for results to come right? Please please I need some motivation tips..like really! and I esspecially want to lose weight around the bum and thighs.
