girls soccer training tips?
Its my freshman year in high school and Im going to play on the soccer team. My school is a small private school so everyone makes the team, but only the good players get lots of playing time. I've played for two years so I'm experienced in the basics. Before each practice we run the cross country course at my school which is about 3 miles. I can barely run one mile. How can I run 3 miles without stopping in about 4 weeks? Any other tips/workouts are appreciated!!

- u need to run 1 mile 1 day the next day try a litibit more u need practice and that helps u
- Start out at one mile without stopping and then add on another mile and then add on the third when you can run two.

- Start by runing as far as you can, then add to that a little more each Try doing cycling or swimming they could help your muscular endurance and cardio vascular endurance.
- run half a mile a day for 1 week 1 mile for one week 2 miles for 1 week and 3 for 1 week, just add on every week thkats how i learned to run 5 miles
