I live in South Florida and want to train for cross-country skiing . What are some good exercise routines ?
I already have a good weight lifting routine and spin 4 times a week. Looking to add sport specific workout to my routine.

- Rollerblade and bicycle.
- The elliptical trainer is alot like cross-country skiing, you can adjust the resistance to really build up those leg muscles. Cross Country is a blast! Have fun.........
