what workouts would be effective for the lower abs (moderate level to vigorous)?
im just training for cross country and i need just a little bit of fat to get off my stomach that just wont leave with running, hopefully ab workouts wll work.

- I recommend doing 100 crunshes a day just for a start 25-in the morning 25-in the afternoon maybe after school 25-in the evening 25-at night once they start to become easier start doing 50 in the morning then in the afternoon etc then in no time that will become easy and start doing 4 sets of 25 in the morning.the afternoon,the evening and at night then that will add up to 400 a day(optional). It also won't hurt to eat healthier and do some push ups between crunch reps in matter fact I do the same routine for push-ups you can pretty much do any kind of free hand exercise using this routine I hope this helps.
