Cross Training Questions

 

iam training to get picked for a cross-country team?

i know in these cross-country's you need alot of resistance can you please give me some tips on how i can be more resistance iam training hard.

  1. resistance to wut?
  2. resistance? i thought you need endurance.. and you just do that by running until you pass out almost.
  3. Start with a short distance... and slowly build up ur distance... also if you do speed work outs after your distance runs, that will also help your endurance.
  4. you don't need resistance, you need endurance
  5. do hill repeats. so basically find a steep hill then run up it pretty hard.
