how do you gain weight while training for cross country and track?
i'm on the skinny side and i don't wanna become annorexic. i want to gain weight but i'm running cross country and track. what should i eat and do?

- Keep a steady supply of protien in ur deit.. The protien will help make muscles (muscles > fat). The exercising and running will do ur muscles good.
- Just eat a lot of healthy foods, a lot of protein, less fat, etc. Also getting strong is the best wasy to gain weight while not getting too "fat" Make sure your excercising frequently to stay in shape
