Cross Training Questions
Any body know of any good running shoes for a male thats flatfooted?
I have trouble picking out good shoes cuz i am flatfooted, i plan on training for cross country over the summer and i need a good pair of running shoes at a reasonable price.

- Well there are alot of choices. I'd try the Mizuno Wave Inspire $90. I know it may seem alittle high in price. But we runners have a rule, if the shoe is less than $60, it's to cheap and won't help you, if it's above $110, they overcharge, your basically paying for their ads. Have fun, I love cross country!
