Cross Training Questions
what are better tennis shoes running, walking, cross training, or high performance?
out of all these brands which ones do you recommend for standing for hours on you feet and how much is to much to pay for tennis shoes adidas avia k-swiss new balance saucony ryka

- I used to use New Balance trainers for running before I was injured (not by the shoes) and found them to be great. Don't know the current price but I would think £60 for a good pair would be fine - maybe I'm just cheap!!!
- i can't tell you a brand. it's different for every person. you have to wear what is comfortable for you. i just bought a pair of new balance sneakers and they are fantastic. just make sure there is enough arch support.
