  3. Each runner is different. I like Brookes Radius. This is how I found out what I like: I went to this specialty running store, where they fitted my feet and body type and running type etc to a shoe. The next year I tried to get a different brand because it "looked cooler". Then I got a stress fracture. After pt and rest, I also went back and bought the updated model of my old shoes (the brooks radius). I have been healthy and speedy ever since! So go to a specialty running store and have them help you out. NOTE: this is not just any old sports store, it's a specialty running store. Or runnersworld.com has some great links, etc about shoes. Go to www.runnersworld.com and click on the shoes & gear tab. Or go to this link: http://www.runnersworld.com/cda/shoelabs...
